We’re taking it from the Southern Hemisphere.

Must have been a frequent-enough visitor somewhere that the people wanted to find out their real home prior to trying to adopt.

Or as he says on 2016/12/18, “I’d rather be harmed by the rich than saved by the poor!”

2020/06/03 – Kit tells/asks Bandit if he’s turning his back on magic though “Father wanted you to be a MAGICIAN”. He’s holding a wand as he asks that, so I’d go with that.

Not as far as I know. They had the Terrier, Airedale, Husky and Basset as well. That last wasn’t named after Fred, either. They were around in the ’60s but the aircraft are still flying.

Not a Beagle Pup? (real airplane from British Executive and General Aviation Ltd., trading as Beagle)

Well, the kittens are all black (2021/11/17), so multiple sires would need to be carrying the all-black genes.

I’ve been considering the free-flying kitten as Bandit Jr, since he did take off after Snowball to catch him with the catnip (2020/11/20). When we first met them, a couple of days earlier, none of them were wearing yellow(ish) onesies; two were in blue and one in pink.

Natasha(?) identified them as twins (2016/12/15), but Burt, at the same time, said Bandit’s spiritual experience occurred after he and Paisley escaped from jail. However, he’s clearly wearing his badge while in Dr. Mittens’ clutches (2020/10/23). So perhaps we shouldn’t consider what the Cat News Team say as canonical. If, as this flashback indicates, Paisley is significantly younger that Jack B., that would explain both Bandit’s not remembering her when they met in Dr. Mittens’ dungeon and her adoration of him (from her early kittenhood).
