Wow, as everyone always says, you learn something new every day! That was the first time that I had ever heard the acronym “IRL” anywhere, so I looked it up on Bing and found out that it means “in real life.” Thanks for posting and thanks for teaching me something new! And no, I am not being sarcastic in the least here.
Nope, Phoebs never ages in the strip, just like Calvin didn’t. The old comic strips “For Better or for Worse” by Lynn Johnston and “The Pajama Diaries” by Terri Libenson had the characters aging in real time, and has anyone heard anything from either of them lately?
And also, not to run this into the ground (this will be my last comment of the night), but you also said “Miss. Simpson.” First of all, that is improper grammar—“miss” does not have a period after it. Also, according to her own website:
And you also said, “you could put a ‘helicopter’ label on a car, but it doesn’t make it a car.” Well, have you ever heard the old saying, “you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig?”
