   Not just Magats- most of California. Horribly run state- our problems get worse, and they keep passing laws that are tone deaf, ignoring first, second and third order effects of their legislation.

    Understood, it’s sad that fiscal responsibility, basic biology, and being a Christian are looked at as extreme these days though. I’d have to say the Dems have been co-opted by the far left – no moderates allowed.
