Of all the things I regret as a mother “You’re not leaving this table until you finish!” is very high on the list. Looking back, it was not all that important.
A woman once brought her cat in one of those…. to the DOG park. Not a smart move. Luckily none of the dogs tackled her but she didn’t stay long as they did surround her and that poor cat.
Some dogs will pull against a collar no matter what. A guy walks his dog in my neighborhood and met up with my dogs one morning. His poor dog pulled until it threw up.
I got lucky when I had rats (they moved in from a nearby renovated house).. a weasel moved in too! I knew I had rats and had caught a few in some traps when one day I saw a cute little ferret looking face peeking out from behind my TV. I shut the room doors, opened the windows and it calmly left the house. I Googled it and found out they kill and kill rats until there aren’t any more and then move on. Haven’t seen a rat or the weasel since! It was so beautiful, cream and brown.
Yep, speaking from experience, easier to stay together after 30+ years than to try to take it apart.
