My friend kapuchino lived by the sewer,

And by the sewer she died.

And when the coroner gave his verdict,

    He called it sewer-side.

Nice idea. Has various advantages. More effective at deterring speeding. First responders and police could have little 2 tire width wide fillers to get the follow on fire trucks and resque vehicles thru at posted speed without any slowing needed to crawl over the BUMP. City maintenance could have full width fillers and post a guard to maintain the proper speed is maintained so they can get in and out for major street repairs in the area.

I remember back in the day, 1949 to 1951, wearing one coat after school and pulling a sled thru town to deliver to my newspaper route. Saturday took longer cause you had to collect for the week.

When I was a kid, 1940s and 1950s, kids learned both responsibility and consequences very early. In fact a town named after a radio program identified part of the reason the USA wasa safe place for kids and everyone else. Visit Truth or Consequences, NM.
