I read one time a saying. “That which we value the most, we are the least willing to pay for”. Air, water and food we are the least willing to pay for. Teachers, entrusted with one of the most important jobs, after being parents, are underpaid for what they do. Parents are not paid for raising the world’s most precious resource, our children. and here some twit who can dribble a ball or shoot a rubber puck gets paid more money than they know what to do with. Go figure.
I’ve been told that the best way to write a letter was to do it as if you were there having a conversation with the person. In that regard, Katie’s letter is a very good example.
