of course, the original source is the pre-rolled cancerstick…tobacco use only skyrocketed after machinery started spewing out millions daily:-\ maybe those should be illegal, not tobacco;-)
the legal solution is requiring 20 butts to be exchanged for each new pack, similar to bottle deposits but enforced @ point of sale.not only would retailers have to deal with the hazardous waste (nicotine is a poison, after all) they purvey, but it would give the bums a dime in their prime…sorry give them another revenue source picking up & selling to the addicts who can’t be bothered to clean up after themselves;-)
and if it is disproved, it is modified or dropped, unlike “beliefs”
