All our times have come…Here but now they’re gone…Seasons don’t fear the reaper…Nor do the wind, the sun or the rain, we can be like they are

Remember one thing, just because you’re offended, doesn’t mean your right.

I think Pained that she would take exception to what is more than implied here and that is, the favorite child has to be, without question, the male child. As for the word prisoner, maybe it relates to the female child being a prisoner to that mindset.

Probably a little of both. As sure as anything, we are all a bit hypocritical from time to time. It’s the old you need to stop doing what bothers me, but I will just continue to do as I please syndrome. After all, what I do doesn’t bother me in the least.

So to all the dog walkers, movie talkers and two space stalkers, if you peeve me alone, I’ll peeve you alone. Deal?

People who don’t pick up after their dogs. That’s a real pet peeve of mine.

Read the first panel again. Pru clearly states that Jack brings Luann the flowers, not that he sent them to her.

Yes, they have been friends but recently it has taken on more intimate nature, they are sharing pieces of themselves on a emotional level. If that leads to anything romantic is to be seen, but both have grown, though they do it in fits and starts, but they have formed a bond neither has experienced before. Maybe they will remain best friends, maybe something more. I’m not predicting it one way or the other, I’m just saying there are possibilities if these two continue on down that road. Both need to mature emotionally and they seem to be doing that. Whichever way it plays out is fine with me, I just see the potential is there for something more if Greg and Co. choose to go that route.

That’s exactly right, these two have become or are becoming best friends. They are developing an intimacy that neither has experienced before and that opens up other possibilities as time goes on. How that plays out is as of yet, undetermined, but when a man and a woman are best friends, that can lead to the best relationships of all.
