The courts in the USA deal with over 100 million case matters per year. It is easy to “cherry pick” matters that one disagrees with because of experience and/or political philosophy. We have many examples of rich/powerful persons who have had judgments against them such as the Trump University matter. OS/2 was good except that nobody wrote drivers for it. The “partnership” between MS and IBM was shall we say, complicated. Also, IBM was a mess at the time (as was non-Jobs Apple BTW). So to say MS stole OS/2 is not correct. Sorry.
