I like author commentary, but, is the commentary new or part of the re-start?

Yeah, I too noticed the studly pilot. He’s very triangular.

Seriously. Nancy has that look on her face because the comment Frank made about the trauma the girls faced tonight. Nancy looks over to see them laughing and cutting up like nothing happened, hence her wry look and statement.

No way. That’s the “teenagers being teenagers and not realizing how serious it could have been” look

Thank you! This is what I would say. Bernice needs to chill out.

@ZeMastor…..I think you are correct. He, being the outsider and not part of the group, is using that as a dynamic to find out more about Jack, and his maybe interest in Luann for Bern’s benefit. I do it quite often, and if done well most people don’t mind telling you what you want to know. The only thing I see offensive is Bern being such a reactive twit making herself more obvious.

I have more candles-in jars-than I can shake a stick at, lighters, matches, flashlights, batteries, lanterns and a generator.

I remember what it is like being a child, I have a child of my own. We are not perfect, but, neither were we boorish and annoying like Shannon. My child (as well as myself) had manners growing up. Even though Shannon has a father who is lackadaisical there is no reason for those who care for her on the outside not place boundaries, and enforce them. I read comics for fun, she makes this one not fun.

That fish could also use some gravel and places to hide.

I loved Heart of the City. I just can’t even with that anymore. I took it off my list.
