I count myself blessed…never had to complain about a leaky faucet; husband saw it himself and immediately took steps to repair it. Only had to call a plumber when entire house needed replumbing and husband was unable to do it because he’d had a stroke and couldn’t climb under the housr. He did watch the men working on the project and said they knew what they were doing an approved their progress.
