    I would think the feather is representative of the Canadian Natives killed and buried in secret at the Catholic schools they were sent to.     They used to way back when.

    Not exactly sure how the kiddos get their eyes on social media outlets without parents saying yes and caving to the peer pressure of "everyone else’s kids " have a phone or pad. “No”, “none, and ’limited” meant more at one time for both parental units and children.
