Here are the facts:292 tea party groups applications for501c4 status were held up for a minimum of 1 year, some stillhave not been approved. 7 progressive groups were given token analysis, and then given 501c4 status. if you can’t understand that this is voter suppression, i don’t know what else i can say. wake up! senators schumer and levin wroteletters to the irs demanding they investigate only tea party groups(not progressives).this was, and is voter suppression, led by the very highestauthorities in the US Government. If for example, Rubio andTed Cruz had done this(sent letters demanding the IRS)investigate only progressive groups, the NY Times, ABC,CBS,NBC, and PBS would be all over this. One thing progressives don’t seem to understand, is that inthe US, we have a two party system. The job of the partyout of power is to hold the party in power accountable fortheir actions. This is the basis of a democracy. This is whatall of this is about. This will continue right up and through theelection, as it should. As a progressive, you will not be able to simply dismiss this. Sorry, things don’t work that way. You need to stop listening to only liberal networks and media. Maybe then you would understand that 1/2 of Americarealizes what you have done. Shame on the progressivesfor implementing voter suppression during the 2012election cycle. Trying to marginalize conservatives throughliberal propaganda only makes us stronger.
i made some pretty specific comments yesterday about Obama/IRS/Senators Schumer&Levin/actually using votersupression against the Tea Party to enable Obama to win re-election in 2012. Many people disagreed with my posts. I understand. In a free society we are able to express our beliefs and ideas. I understand those who disagree with my point of view, and look forward to continuing the dialogue………
it is really hilarious that Trudeau artfully leaves out howObama/IRS actually did use voter suppression prior tothe 2012 Presidential election, in targeting Tea PartyGroups. 292 Tea Party groups did not receive 501c-4approval from the IRS, which kept them from raising fundsto defeat Obama. Progressive groups(7) did get approval, and were able to secure money and votes for our MarxistPresident.
