@SUSAN NEWMAN use warm water and about 20% hydrogen peroxide and a baby medicine syringe. Let warm water sit a minute each ear and then drain, then squirt each ear a bit and most everything comes out. Just don’t slam down on the plunger and ruin the ear drum.
