I thought it was Spanish and the accent mark on the “I” just slipped out of place, just like many Spanish writers let it slip. I like the Long vowel “OH” idea.

It looks like a Swedish/Viking ceremony to me. I’m surprised that margueritem didn’t comment on it, since she is Swedish. It is more often celebrated at winter solstice and not at equinox.

Evil squid + Lío + Ishy = higher math.

We started out with squares. I can handle that! I’m no nerd. With three, now, it becomes cubed. The formula is no longer squared. But if Dad is pulled into the box… That’s four inside with no locks. What is the answer, Dude?

I couldn’t afford it but a couple of times when I was a kid in the 1950s, but it was a gas whenever we could get it. It changed ways that we looked at things, and we shared and passed it around.

Great cartoon. I didn’t think this crayon drawing by Picasso was so late, 1958. Note that Eva went to the exposition, and only got a balloon, with a Picasso signature. Lio offers her much more, his love with flowers from Picasso.
