It’s true, I am Swiss and I have grilled (and still do!) countless Cervelats over a campfire.I have read your strip and the blog for years now but never felt the need to comment…until the topic came to Cervelats. By the way, another way to enjoy a Cervelat is to slice it open, put some cheese in it, wrap it in bacon, then grill it.
