Why did Frank stop and get water at the sink before getting his water bottle? Wouldn’t you think you would need the bottle to fill with the water? Or was he just getting a drink and then a bottle of water for on his run?
Pru seems like the type of person who can hold her own, and let Les know in a nice way that she is not available for him. And if there IS any trouble, there is always Ox to the rescue.
Jack is a pest, but Luann is not outright telling him to go away. This is how teenagers and young adults get to know each other, just kind of barge in with a friendly manner. Luann’s first impression of Jack may not be exciting, but she seems to be contemplating whether to tell him off or just be polite but firm. Nil and Bernice are just ‘spectators’ and conversing rather than sit there in awkward silence. I am interested in seeing how this plays out. I have a feeling there is a lot more to Nil than is being portrayed at present. I am not speculating on what COULD happen, just interpreting how I see them communicating now.
Finding someone you know when you walk into a public place is not stalking. I see rude behavior on the guys part, just kind of joining Luann and Bernice without being invited. This is the first incident with ‘meeting’. If it becomes an on-going thing, then it could be construed as stalking.
