   Bwahahahahaha.. my husband tried doing that to me yesterday on his smartphone (was mad that i hadn’t answered phone).. needless to say all he did was slam phone to table & didn’t disconnect the call which made the whole situation even funnier could listen to him muttering to himself

   shudders I protest the ivr systems as well.. SOOOOO cannot stand them… doesn’t help i work for a company who is a major offender when it comes to bad automated systems.. grrrr
