When I went from corporate attorney to university professor it was so wonderful to able to wear casual clothes. If I were KING the first order I gave would be to BAN the use of TIES under ANY circumstances. Why do we continue to choke ourselves in the fashion of the 19th century. At least we’ve given up starched callers.
For curiosity, why do women wear pants suits instead of “female apparel”, but men can’t wear blouse or skirt?
If Soros put money into the campaign we know who did it! The National Chamber of Commerce took in huge contributions to run attack ads the Tea Baggers loved (because the were well produced ugly lies). We have no way to find out what country the money came from or what they expected to get. The money they spent was several times as much as the Dems. had available and it was anonymous, thanks to the fascist Supreme Court
One thing, however, just after the first of 2011 the Chamber is holding a conference, and the lead speaker will be from China explaining the easiest way, and the help they can get with, moving U.S. jobs overseas. Hmmm, that may explain it. Are the TBs happy about that???
How wonderful! If they had bought Boing instead we’d be better off than someone using a gov’t subsidized plane that the Company we fail to help costs our economy millions.
