@Tomielm: Read “Haroun and the Sea of Stories” by Salman Rushdie. He doesn’t just write “downers”, but the “downers” are often (not always correctly) the ones that receive the most attention and acclaim. Salman is an important voice—and yes, having read the Twilight stories (As well as Rushdie and Tolstoy), they are terrible. Seriously, just awful. Stephanie just seriously needs to learn how to curb her adverb habit by, like, A LOT.
Also, on topic: Lemont, this Ugandan atrocity has been going on for YEARS. Surely you could have arranged childcare before this week?
Why do they have a fully-cooked, unfrozen turkey sitting on a shelf, completely uncovered a week before Thanksgiving? Seems like a recipe for food poisoning to me. Let Lulu eat this one and make one fresh for the holiday…
