   How are you able to put links? When I used to try the link would vanish when the comment posted. Now it won’t even let me post the comment and has a message that “URL’s are not allowed in comments.”

   On the December 15, 2010 strip Hammie had straight A’s. But in every strip that mentions Hammie’s grades after that he seems to be struggling. Most likely he’s just too distractable to really pay attention, or he just doesn’t care that much.

   Disappointed… because Wanda didn’t buy into an obviously fake explanation about why he doesn’t try harder in school?

   His expression doesn’t look like he plotted it, though. It seems kinda guilty.I do think he had some hope it would turn out that way, but I think it was more of a win-win for him. If he waits the pan will be easier to clean, as he said. But if she decides to do it herself, then, hey, that works too.

   I have a coworker like that, where she’ll ask you to do something and if you don’t do it fast enough she’ll just do it herself because she just doesn’t have the patience to wait.

   I mean, my landlady has a vent on the side of the house where I see steam coming out, but I’ve never seen a pile of lint by it.

   Nowhere. Most driers I’ve ever seen have a lint trap that you remove after every dry and clean out the lint before putting it back. I’ve never seen one that is external and empties outside automatically.

   The OP has a hate campaign against Wanda. Regardless, the crux of it is that this strip does involve quite a bit of physical abuse of Wanda towards Darryl, and this is one probably the only time that he does something in return.

   If you want the worst example of it, type “Talk louder” into the search bar and it should be the first one that shows up. That one definitely falls under “your mileage may vary” on whether you find it funny or not, but in the end it’s still a comic strip.

   Oh, I know which one you’re talking about, and while the circumstances ARE sad, it’s one of Wanda’s best moments in the entirety of the strip. “We need to talk” has never been so awesome.

    I’d say they’re more of a snack than a dessert. Dessert is something you have at the end of a meal.
