   Colors are beautiful. So muted and dramatic shadows.

   The fork loses detail because it is far away. Get one out of your drawer and check it out.

   I have been reading this strip for almost 60 years. Again, the author has a right to create the stories he wishes. If a reader doesn’t like it, he should remember that he is not the creator, and he should move on. The readers do not supervise the Dick Tracy staff. My main complaint is the meanness and arrogance of some comments. I was in publishing for many years as a writer and artist. And I know that the strip will not change because a reader tried to tell a professional (in a disrespectful way) how to do his job. If you want change, be nice. Be respectful. Be humble.

   If I disliked a comic as much as some of you, I would quit reading it.
