Second, he’s still smarting from losing his job with the fire department (and not through any fault of his own). When he says “I need this job”, that’s not just for the money, it’s for his self esteem. It may not seem like much to a lot of people, but what Brad needs is to leave the Weenies on his own terms. Trust me, he’ll be stronger when he does.
