I disagree with Mr. Woeful, greatest Poison joke. Ever.

“Enslave The Mollusk” is (no joking, no sarcasm, no snark involved here) one of my all-time favorite band names and if I ever develop any musical talent and find myself in need of a name for my musical combo, I would happily license that name from Mr. Peirce for any sum he named.

Thank you Mr. Bell. My wife and I have tried to instill this very concept in our children. We work hard to make sure that we don’t call them “bad” or “good” kids when they do something “bad” or “good.”

We tell them that they are always good people and then discuss their “bad” or “good” behavior with them. At her worst, my six-year old daughter has never been told she was “bad,” but has received some very stern lectures about her “bad” choices or “bad” behavior, always with the caveat that we love her and she is a good person.

Bravo Mr. Mallet, bravo. The “?” on Frazz’s shirt should have given this away!

Oh yeah, I forgot, Happy 50th to The Who!

Bravo, Mr. Mallett, bravo. I just hope Mr. Burke doesn’t put the squeeze(box) on his grades and send him home on the 5:15 or the magic bus…ok I’m done. Who’s Next?

    “Diaper Dogs?” Bowie?

  8. over 10 years ago on Cow and Boy Classics

It’s a shame that a strip with such an amazing turn of phrase, featuring a farm boy and his cow, will most likely bring the types of comments seen above. Yay internet.

Clyde speaks the truth every now and again! My father’s inner city school had shootings in the mid to late 60’s. I would bet that a search online would probably only reveal a passing media interest in them.

That is a t-shirt waiting to happen!
