   I think the point of this strip is to remind us how important it is to get our buddies out of the yard. How would you like to be stuck in a place with a fence 5 feet higher than your head, day after day, year after year? Dogs need mental stimulation and to social ize w/ other dogs.. To put them in the back yard and never get them out is awfully cruel. If you don’t have at least 30 minutes a day to go out with your dog, why have one? As far as safety and laws go – join w/ other dog lovers and develop a dog park in your community.
