In all of my 50 years and flying several times a year, I never had luggage mixed up and the one time I was patted down because I stupidly wore shirt with “bling” on it, they were very careful. I now I was lucky, but overall, even though it’s not as much fun as it used to be, I’ll take a long plane ride over 12 hours in a car or several days to get somewhere. Actually, I’m somewhat impressed at the airlines.
I used to have a dog in Wyoming that behaved in snow like a porpoise in water. Down in one place and up in another. You can do that in 3 or 4 feet of snow. :)
There’s a bit difference between having a Ph.D. in psychology (or thinking you do) and being a real life mom (or dad). It has nothing to do with old age onset, but plain frustration at the sheer inconsideration that abounds in families.
Edison was far more “savvy” than Tesla. Tesla had the better imagination. Edison was goofy. Visit the Edison museum in Florida, someday. It’s an interesting place. Last I knew the (or one of) the first lightbulbs is still burning. So, why doesn’t that happen with those built today? Let’s not wait for an answer from the lightbulb manufactures, shall we?
