I’ve been there too…requesting information and getting nothing. I have observed that it is due to 1) laziness, 2) ignorance, 3) apathy, 4) prima donna’s that won’t tell you even if they could because that would reduce their perceived importance. Sometimes all that works is to “cc” their management, and my management, so that everyone know who is the roadblock. Sometimes that works; other times you just have to dig it our yourself. Alice is just being a pain. It’s not Asok’s fault that he has to do this.
