I’m amazed that anyone actually misses her. She wouldn’t have been so bad in small doses, but the ongoing verbal assault on Tiffany and the fact that she was getting away with EVERYTHING was just too much. We see that sort of negativity every day.
I see I’m going to need to adjust my expectations for this comic, but I usually come to comics to escape from the negativity of everyday life. I sure didn’t expect GnK to keep stringing us along this way and I hope they don’t do it again – but they seem to play to the traffic numbers on their comics, so I’m pretty sure we’ll see Ann again. :/
1) Finally, this plot may be moving forward. That was shock #1. A bigger one would be that Ann is actually getting some kind of comeuppance. I’m not holding my breath on that one, GnK seems to love creating chaos. Sort of like one of our infamous politicians.
2) Tiffany – in the words of one of my favorite TV characters: you can start scaling Mount What’s-Your-Point any day now.
…yeah, I’m done. Tiffany was quite the conniving little monster when they were in junior high and high school, but she sure didn’t deserve what she’s been getting here from Ann. Tiffany’s character development was interesting to watch, but not if it’s going to make her a complacent party to whatever gold digging Ann’s got planned. I’ll check in now and then, but I think I’ve had enough of this. I see enough negativity in real life, I sure didn’t expect to see the same kind of bullying nonsense in one of my favorite comics.
I can deal with Shannon – but watching Tiffany getting bullied by Ann is exhausting. I’m kinda ready to give up on the whole strip, but I keep hoping Tiff will push this b—— off a cliff or something.
I am seriously going to mourn the loss of one of the more interesting characters in recent memory. Bets is a pain in the you-know-what and we don’t see enough of Jack and Niles. I was really hoping to see more of Pru and to watch her character develop.
