My wife had an interesting thought. We know TJ has lots of money and nobody knows where it comes from. WHAT IF TJ actually is the unknown owner of the Weenie World franchise? Theat right there would be funny.
I know this is way too technical an answer about Brad’s age, but, in most states you have to be at least 20 years old to take the civil service exam, which is a requirement for firefighters. Other states it is 5 years after graduating from high school, others age 25 etc…Add to that the fact that he has been a firefighter in the strip for more than 3 years so that would put him at least in his mid 20s. Like I said, way too technical.
We got our oldest granddaughter the same way, and I forget she wasn’t actually born into the family. Now she’s turning 18 next week and leaving for college. Still my little girl.
I think you’re right, and after he thinks it through, he’ll come around. On the other hand, I wouldn’t want my wife to come to my office and make a scene and cause me to be fired. But…..if someone in my office mistreated her I would expect her to stand up for herself. Brad should have been the one to confront Awful Eiffel to begin with and put her in her place about the way she treated Toni. Uh, yeah……it is just a comic strip though.
