    I’m not a young dude at all, but with all my hurting from all the years of really heavy work, I’m told I look great for my age. Please, I don’t mean to sound like I’m bragging, I get that it sounds like that, I just want to make the point that if you KEEP MOVING, it won’t make your pain go away, but it WILL help you get around better!
