I remember when America idolized the people that made money instead of demeaning them. Who donates money for health centers and foundations? I don’t know too many poor people that were able to do that in order to help others. But hey, let’s attack the rich so much that people forget to appreciate the ones (which are most) that donate large sums of money to those in need. No, not that want more money, but need it.
The fact people have this “debate” over class warfare is ridiculous. Just because someone has a lot of money doesn’t mean that you don’t have to. That person having money doesn’t take away from you having money.
I am having problems with understanding how anyone can make those points… It’s freeom of religion. Birth control isn’t evil, but people shouldn’t have to supply things for other people. If you want something, find a way to get it yourself. Thinking that everyone in the U.S. needs to go college is ridiculous.
I am having problems with understand how anybody can vote for a guy who said under his plan energy prices would necessarily skyrocket, thinks health care is a right, added $4 trillion to the U.S. debt in three years, etc.
Funny story. Kid was watching, I believe it was, Missouri football. Their QB’s last name was Franklin & a WR’s last name was Washington. Missouri scored a TD. The kid (a college graduate/football player at a local university) said “Franklin to Washington. Haha. Two dead presidents.”
I asked him when Franklin was president. He said, “I don’t know. He’s on the money though.”
If only it existed…
