Talk to your doctor about meditation, too. Mine said it can help, but only if you do it on a regular basis. I’ve done mindfulness meditation for 4X a week for 6 mo. and got my BP meds cut in half!
I put in my info. The test dates are only from 2004 – 2009. However, it IS interesting to see what was in the local water at that time! I’ll be doing more research on the chemicals found and the side effects of them in the near future. Thanks!
