   So legalized discrimination isn’t discrimination? Legalized slavery isn’t slavery? It takes laws a while to catch up to reality. It used to be legal to rape your wife. Rape is rape, no matter the current law. When you are forced to endure vaginal penetration, that should be rape in anyone’s book.
