Hey ever hear of SORGHUM ? I just read about it. Some countries are making bread, a kind of popcorn product etc out of it. Gluten free. We use a coarser (?) version to feed beef.But they can make it edible for people, and is less expensive.Just dashed thru the article. Drop GLUTEN and lose weight.—Am really uninformed about it, but JAZZED by the idea.
