   Gandalf’s last words before falling into the chasm with the Balrog was “Fly you fools”. He wanted them to take the Eagles to Mordor, but he kept that plan to himself since he never expected that he wouldn’t be around.

   I think this is a reference to “suspended coffee”. People pay in advance for coffee meant for someone that can’t afford their own beverage that may come into the cafe later.
