    Hosanna is an exclamation to express adoration, praise or joy:

    Matthew 21:9: "The crowds going ahead of Him, and those who followed, were shouting,“Hosanna to the Son of David;BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD;Hosanna in the highest!”"

    Mark 11:9-10: "Those who went in front and those who followed were shouting:“Hosanna!BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD; Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David;Hosanna in the highest!”"

    John 12:13: "[the large crowd] took the branches of the palm trees and went out to meet Him, and began to shout, “Hosanna! BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD, even the King of Israel.”"

    If they didn’t believe they had the greatest constitution on earth, they ought to busy changing it instead of going around claiming “we have the 42nd best constitution on earth” or “we have the worst constitution on earth”.
