We go out to eat a lot and frequently ask to not be seated by children. We want to enjoy a quiet, peaceful meal; unfortunately, that is impossible with out-of-control kids screaming and jumping around at the next table. I can count on one hand the times in the last 5 years that I’ve seen kids behaving well in a restaurant (staying seated in their chair, talking with an “indoor voice”…). These are manners that should be learned at home before a child is taken to a restaurant.
