Tinnitus is stressed on the first syllable! TIN-i-tuss. Even in the common mispronunciation you are alluding to, even if it were tin-EYE-tiss, that isn’t quite a good rhyme for arth-RIGHT-issI would have preferred to see it say just that he needs to consult a dictionary, not so specifically a rhyming dictionary.
