“Disrespect a working man”. So if he wasn’t employed, perhaps because he was disabled or a stay-at-home parent or in graduate school, it wouldn’t be disrespectful to call him by his first name? How about a working woman? Okay or disrespectful to call her by her first name instead of “Aunt” or “Ms”?
She’s not Shannon’s grandmother. She’s Shannon’s aunt’s mother-in-law. I grew up calling extended relatives like that “Mrs.” and “Mr.”, too.
