    Amazon is putting cutout markings on its larger cartons now so kids can turn them into playhouses and such. Maybe they can use the larger ones for coffins too.

    That certificate wasn’t around when I graduated from MIT in 1953, it was first available in 2011. See: https://physicaleducationandwellness.mit.edu/about/pirate-certificate/. I did sail on the Charles river in MIT’s sailboats as a student, but just using them for pleasure was free of cost.

    I bet he works in a men’s clothing store or a department store and borrows a different tie overnight every weekday and borrows two on weekends.

    I’ve visited the Constitution in Boston harbor a few times. First time with SWMBO and then to show it to my kids and grandkids. What I remember most about it is that because even though I’m eggsackly six feet tall I kept bumping my head everywhere below the main deck. Had to walk in a semi crouch to avoid a concussion. Were men shorter back then?
