According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, (http://www.bls.gov/opub/ted/2009/jan/wk2/art02.htm): “In December, the number of unemployed persons increased by 632,000 to 11.1 million and the unemployment rate rose to 7.2 percent.” This was for December, 2008.
From the same source, in a news release on April 1, 2016: “In March, the unemployment rate (5.0 percent) and the number of unemployed persons (8.0 million) were little changed.”
Only in your world is 8.0 million more than 11.1 million.
Thanks for the list of links. If you use tinyurl.com, you can convert long url’s to a few characters that are much easier to use. For example, the first one was changed to http://tinyurl.com/h9udpep.
I remember hearing a commentator in the last couple of days say that Sarah is about 50% in the successes of her endorsees. I can’t find a reference, but I think it was 33 out of 64 won. Hopefully this one will be 33 out of 65.
I believe you have the wrong figure. 67 million viewers watched the first Kennedy/Nixon debate which was nearly a third of the country’s population at the time. Last night’s debate scored an 8.9 rating which meant that it drew more than 10 million voters. That was less than the 9.5 rating for the CNBC debate. The number of viewers for that one was given at 14 million viewers. That leaves last night’s at somewhere between 10 and 14 million, somewhat short of your 67 million claim and less than your number (15 million) for the Democratic debate. My sources are http://time.com/4108195/republican-debate-viewers-ratings-fox-business/ and http://money.cnn.com/2015/10/29/media/cnbc-republican-debate-ratings/.
