Okay, now I am REALLY curious about how this storyline concludes…

It’s amazing that your sanity is still intact after non-stop Taylor Swift music. :P

In case it hasn’t been said in a while, I truly appreciate what you bring to the comic strip page each and every day. Mike du Jour is must reading in my daily routine. Thanks!

This has turned out to be a very interesting and mooooving thread.

This was the strip that made C&H into something more for me as a consumer of daily comics. Both powerful and poignant, I can’t help but think that a lot of innocence was lost in this story arc. I have to wonder if Watterson went through something like this IRL.

“To somebody else, we’re all somebody else.”

This was a really memorable story arc. This gave me renewed respect for Calvin’s dad.

I dunno.. methinks that a really kind and interesting personality trumps the very temporary physical veneer. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but sexy requires a bit more than body parts .

The best cartoonists, IMO, gives the audience something to consider, rather than preach a viewpoint with the subtlety of a sledgehammer. All I ever ask for is consistency and fairness. That all said, I hope that Thatababy resists the urge to go 24/7 political, or at least show some restraint in entering those waters.

There’s enough division in the country as it is.

Everyone (including the cartoonist) gets to have an opinion about anything. My funny bone is strong enough to handle humor that hits either side of the political spectrum.
