I ordered my first Calvin and "Hobbies" book from Scholastic in the 6th grade. I was absolutely captivated by the intellect and shenanigan contrast of Calvin! His ability to discuss philosophy while still being mischievous was just so entertaining! This inspired an interest for philosophy in my own life which lead me to Shakespeare and from Shakespeare to the current me; a 22 year old Christian Theist. I am actually honored that such a site is dedicated to comics like Calvin and "Hobbies" and that I am apart of it. I hope to find like-minded users on this site and enjoy some good laughs from Calvin and "Hobbies"! Shawn
