Oh, its not Charlie Brown, no, but he was not the only ghost from the Great Pumpkin. The title screen ghost with the pumpkin has only two eyes and a position thats the same. And if you watch the whole special there is a two-eyed ghost that holds open the door for the WWI Flying Ace as he heads off on his mission. Smile on for the Great Pumpkin! I also know far more Schulz and Peanuts than is healthy, I admit.
May not be a stretch as a nod to Schulz and the Great Pumpkin. There are more ghosts than Charlie Brown. Check out the title screen pumpkin and there’s a ghost coming out from the same spot on the pumpkin.
Oh my good grief pasties few foods are better I must have some ‘WHACK’! OH. Ahem. Lost it a bit there. I’m okay again, punctuation has returned. But now I do want pasties.
Completely unintentional! After rereading the comment a while later I can see why you were, though, it fogged me up a bit. I think while we all know where the story will end up, but the how and the details and the everything else will probably fog a great many of us up, no doubt.
This. So much this. Both of them were touched by the other’s actions, and I hope this is what happens. With him playing the song ‘Romeo and Juliet’ (which is, truthfully, my favorite song) at her window, and they both share a love of all things Shakespeare and art with each other, and have the visits you mentioned, just peacefully enjoying each other’s company, because together they (as Gutter said) have two eyes instead of one.
Oh, there’s no doubt that could be the case. Also could be in there as punishment for making the mess in the first place. Could absolutely be either/both. The ‘out of order’ and ‘why am I not surprised’ statements make me think otherwise. I’d say its much more likely to be complete/partial ignorance. I certainly don’t like the catnapper, but your (and many others) scenario is more likely. After all, the world tends to operate in grey areas most of the time.
