Who would want to be friends with people so cruel and close minded any way?
Fish are sentient beings who deserve respect and compassion not gratuitous cruelty (i.e., abuse). Fishing isn’t sport, the fish are victims not willing participants. There’s nothing sporting about it!
Fishes who eat other fishes do so out of necessity and instinct. Humans, in contrast, can thrive on a vegan diet. Fishing isn’t sport, the fish are victims not willing participants. There’s nothing sporting about it! https://www.FishFeel.org/fish-sentience/
Thank you, Lucy! Fishing isn’t sport, the fish are victims not willing participants. Science has shown that fish can suffer fear and pain. They are sentient beings who deserve respect and compassion not gratuitous cruelty. All of the nutrients derived from fish, and from other animals, can be obtained more healthfully, humanely, and environmentally responsibly from plant sources. See: https://www.FishFeel.org
Like dogs, fish are sentient beings who can suffer fear and pain and have a strong will to live. They, too, deserve respect and compassion not cruelty.
That is SO impressive! Fishes are admirable in so many ways. More fintastic facts about these sentient animals are at: http://fishfeel.org/fish-are-fintastic/
The notion that fish have a short-term memory has been blown out of the water. Goldfish, for example, have been shown to remember things that occurred at least 3 months ago. Migratory fish remember their way home years later and from thousands of miles away.
It’s harmful to perpetuate this faulty notion as it causes people to think it’s alright to keep fish in tiny bowls and provide them with no mental stimuli, the latter of which they very much need for their well-being. Fish are actually remarkably intelligent and perceptive. Please help promote that truth!
