The Ku Klux Klan, commonly called the KKK or the Klan, advocates extremist reactionary positions such as white supremacy, white nationalism, anti-immigration and Nordicism, anti-Catholicism, and antisemitism. The KKK uses terrorism — both physical assault and murder — against groups or individuals to whom they opposed. They call for the “purification” of American society and are considered a right-wing terrorist organization.
President Tяump insists that there are “many fine people” belonging to this terrorist group. His original statement came immediately after the Klan murdered Heather Heyer, and he has since doubled-down on that statement.
Mr.Tяump is the only U.S. President to have ever received the full support and continued endorsements of the Klan.

Here’s some advice for you, Mr. Democracy. Don’t press your luck. Lay off of me. Don’t print that story.
What’s that supposed to be? An order?
If not tonight, then tomorrow. Maybe next week. Maybe next year. But sooner or later, you’ll catch it! Listen to me! Print that story, you’re a dead country!
It’s not just me anymore. You’d have to stop every newspaper in the country now, and you’re not big enough for that job. People like you have tried it before, with bullets, prison, censorship… but as long as even one newspaper will print the truth, you’re finished.
Don’t give me that fancy double-talk! I want an answer. Yes or no? Yes or no? Hey! That noise. What’s that racket?
That’s the press, Donald, the press. And there’s nothing you can do about it. Nothing.

GoComics has a standing policy that the most replied to comment will always be the featured comment. When Mr. Lester comments on his own cartoon the post automatically becomes the featured comment at the top of the page, thus placing it above the others. Most social media users refer to this as ’hijacking the thread.
“..‘liking’ a profane post about his own cartoon…”
(Sammysock – 1/14/18)
I apologize for not spelling it out for you before.

Dear Mr. Lester,
What is your rationale for preempting other commentators by placing your posts above all others?
ps – the Creator (Mike Lester) ‘liking’ a profane post about his own cartoon may not be an additional TOS violation for him, but the poster has been flagged for obscene language. So little class, so much dishonest posturing.

Please forgive me for my snappish reply. We need literal thinkers and sarcastic thinkers, both. Charlie Brown infected me with sarcasm long ago. Your commentary rocks, by the way!

Good question. I think the antisemitic cartoons were everywhere in Hitler’s Germany. A much more sophisticated and effective technique was used by Helene Bertha Amalie “Leni” Riefenstahl.

Vacating my position for a brother or sister that perhaps couldn’t stand up for themselves and their family? I think not. I am passionate about the work I do. I sincerely believe most people would be too, if survival of the luckiest or suckiest wasn’t the way things are.
Workers would walk through fire to do their job well with pride and honor if employers would allow it to be so.

Yer makin’ me blush. Any credit due goes to Woody and the other posters here at GoComics, not GF, please. Open source is the only moral way to go. So let the good times roll! Thank you for the reply.
“Culture makes people understand each other better. And if they understand each other better in their soul, it is easier to overcome the economic and political barriers. But first they have to understand that their neighbor is, in the end, just like them, with the same problems, the same questions.” ― Paulo Coelho
