Was thinking that, maybe, when he fell down the stairs, go knocked out for a few seconds, or at least senseless, and started mutating. Then woke back up in the midst of the change, making for a semi-lucid, slightly more human featured monster. Just a crazed bat’s two bits..

I’m just hoping that there isn’t a reason we’re not seeing Holly’s mouth in P4. Tho what we do see of her face isn’t blood-spattered..

A quick note about traffic poles. Many years ago, a traffic signal that I was responsible for, suddenly lost one of it’s heads. (3 light, 36"long assy.) Couldn’t find it anywhere, just dangling wires. One of the airport workers reported seeing a UPS semi trying to pull off a U-turn at the intersection and hit the pole. It whipped, and snapped off the head, which landed on the top of the truck. I went to the UPS depot, after calling. They found the head. In this case, the damage to the pole was minimal, but the length gave it a serious lever advantage. Cracked the casting and ripped the wires out. Beyond repair. This guy was only moving 5-10 MPH, if that. Whiplash! Street light poles tend to be lighter duty than an overhead traffic light pole, tho.
Agreed on the ‘blast’ effect. That’s a lot of extra energy from something. -

Somehow, I suspect that Aaron has been waiting a long time to spring: “These are, bar none, the most child-friendly bombs ever made!” on us.I, too, thought that the ‘bomb’ part of their catchy name wasn’t literal. So much for that idea. Also, being a military contractor, with attendant corporate mindset, I’d suspect that lethal is what these do. And watch, and especially for mutants. just my .02, but…Eep. Good ole Holly’s looking like crazy ain’t a recent development, either..

You’ll see a lot odder things in the cafe this weekend in San Jose! Gotta remember, too, that Kirbee’s been working hard, and has a tail to grow back. Must be practically starving. Wonder if she’s planning to guzzle that gravy…

Kirbee keeps showing her mettle. Some seriously quick reaction times. Maybe not a brainiac, but her mind makes very quick, decisive and effective actions, unlike our crazed mouse and the befuddled cat. (Tho he does have his concern for Holly messing with his straight thinking…)
Can’t wait to see what’s next. Suspect Holly’s ok, tho. -

Kirbee keeps stepping up.Impulsive and pragmatic.. Seems her surviving those snark hunts wasn’t just a fluke…Liking her character more as time goes on.

So that big question mark wasn’t the dittos reflecting Wally’s surprise, the dittos themselves were surprised? So maybe there’s something about this ship that’s different than the Opabinia Queen. Let’s hope it’s not in a bad way. That ‘dehydrated corpse’ comment did seem a bit odd. But very accurate. Kirbee’s showing up to be rather on the ball during this trek.A ship at that angle should still have plenty of water in the tanks if there was any to start with, and it didn’t hit really hard. Hope the dittos stick around.

Good point about Holly distracting herself with helping other folks. Helps keep one from dwelling on their own. That could be one explosive mouse lady soon, tho.
(P.S. Hit Jarlidium press. Now I’m broke—er..:) Stubat!
MMM is baaack..:)
