   I remember watching the Tyson/ Holyfield fight and I was furious with Tyson. Was kind of hoping he would get his comeuppance last night, for all the ugly he has done. To be honest, it was a decent fight. Good sportsman like conduct. Both showed respect to each other and I felt my anger with Tyson and dislike for Paul melt away.

   Definitely not a huge fan of all the junk in processed foods. Good reason to have a garden if you’re able to, but mostly…ask Gods blessing and thank Him for what we have :)

   I agree with what you have said…however, I have a doctor that killed my thyroid and with zero changes in diet and exercise, i gained 40 lbs in a little over a month. Doc apologized and said please don’t hate me. I have a treadmill that I walk on 5 days a week and am careful with diet. still cannot lose that weight. I have emphysema so I can’t do the hardcore workouts that I used to do. It is very frustrating, very.

    There are more than a few reasons that people are overweight. 1) Physical health issues and inability to exercise due to physical limitations 2) eating disorders 3) lack of self control. I’m sure there are many others
