If it was up Uranus you’d know it…

A good friend of mine lived next to the town cemetery. He had his family plot all arranged, & two weeks ago today he moved next door.

Good comment- I never really thought about the ‘why’ of kids’ fascination with dinosaurs, (including me & my son), but that makes perfect sense.

https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Psalms-27-1/The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.”

Lennie- received my calendar today- your representation of the Cougar is exactly like I draw him- hilarious! And thank you!

I don’t think his behavior is out of disrespect, but a sign of his mental condition. I witnessed the same type of functioning in my Dad in his dementia before he passed. When he would be faced with an activity that was “new” to him, he would repeatedly adjust his glasses or check his watch; the repetition was obvious to anyone. I think those actions gave him a sense of normalcy in an unfamiliar situation. No, I’m not a psychologist, but facts are sometimes painful things.

Them that takes cakes that the parsee man bakes makes dreadful mistakes.

Mr. Stantis- apparently commenters have not recognized your cartoon as a takeoff of Michelangelo’s ‘Pieta’, and assuming my interpretation is correct, you have published an abomination bordering on scandal. Visually portraying a young thug involved in criminal activity as the Savior of mankind in the hands of his Blessed Mother has crossed the line of civilized editorial commentary. An apology is due.

I thought that crumpled paper was a deer head ‘sculpture’. Also, nice to see the whole Ginger…
