Old and fading genius from the world of higher education. I still appreciate a good joke now and then, so I read my 'funny paper' regularly.

Dear Gary, Please do not disgrace the Statue of Liberty with the mug of trump. I’d like to retain some small semblance of civility in America.

Off topic from the cartoon, but shouldn’t we vette Presidential candidates a little better? Where are the required and preferred credentials to be hired as president? I have to go through all sorts of background checks, credit checks, and reference checks to get hired. All Trump had to do was appeal to a bunch of p*ssed off people.

Trump is only fortifying the Great Divide in America. Note that Dem’s liberalism even benefits the republicans. Republicans never said thank you. I don’t recall any republicans ever boycotting the democratic programs.

does Trump have any foreign dna?

Finland and Mexico on one side , Irish and Hooser on the other. These days under Trump, I’d be a… quarter horse?

Zap! Oops! Now please don’t start this long conversation over again. We get (got) it: hegemony, invasion, manifest destiny.
